This week’s WordPress Photo Challenge is “The Hue of You” and the goal is to show your personality through a photo or series of photos. I thought the best approach was to make a giant collage of all the things that brighten my life. Family Nature Travel Advocacy To see more entries to this challenge, click here.
“Nature uses only the longest threads to weave her patterns, so that each small piece of her fabric reveals the organization of the entire tapestry”. – Richard P. Feynman This week’s photo challenge is to put together a collage of photos focusing on the different lines and patterns we see around us. I love taking pictures and try to experiment as often as I can while I’m traveling or at home on a photo walk here in Minneapolis.
“In the depth of winter I finally learned that there was in me an invincible summer.” – Albert Camus One of the great rewards of living in Minnesota is our amazing summers. Once old man winter decides to leave, we are blessed with perhaps the most postcard picture perfect weather imaginable. Just coming back from France, I could hardly resist these photos I took looking over some of the beautiful, delightful things I saw in the world of haute cuisine and fresh produce stands. Beware….these photos are certain to make you hungry!
This week’s photo challenge, Culture, is quite fitting since I literally just got off the plane from Paris which is perhaps the culture capital of the world. Still jet-lagged and behind, I had a chance to upload my photos from my trip to France and have an astounding number to sort through: 1,400 taken in nine days flat! (I broke my record!). I only went through the first set of photos this morning but feel they portray an excellent look […]
