Wordless Wednesday: The Passage of Time

As yet another school year draws to a close, I think about the passage of time. It seems like just yesterday I myself was a little girl smiling at the wonder and beauty of the world. Now my youngest Sophia is finishing second grade and my son Max is finishing fourth. He is almost as tall as me at a mere 10 years old and I’m not short.

It is times like these as life gets crazy with end of the school year celebrations, soccer games and family that I stop briefly to capture this special moment in the span of life and smile at the love, wonder and beauty of my family and this life we share together.

Life is precious. Love is priceless.

And no matter what kids are mean to you, there is always a sister or brother who loves you unconditionally.
