The Silhouette of Sunset

“Turn your face to the sun and the shadows fall behind you”.- Charlotte Whitton

Sunset is one of my favorite times of day. I love the magical colors painted across the sky and the mystical silhouettes of shadows left behind. When I’m home in Minneapolis, on long summer nights I lace up my shoes and head down to my lovely urban Lake Harriet which is only a few short blocks away.

I will be here in the White Mountains for the next week enjoying the fresh mountain air. It is so beautiful here!
