Interesting signs from around the world

This week’s photo challenge is letters. I honestly don’t take a lot of photos of letters however I do like to snap pictures of interesting signs or logos I see when I’m traveling. Sometimes the signs are humorous and other times they give you a better understanding of another place and culture. Here is a collection of signs and logos that I’ve found interesting from my travels. Hope you enjoy!

  1. This is an absolutely beautiful post. Blogging at its best! Love your images… and I’ve visited some of these places (including Rue de Turenne). Thank you for the memories and the inspiration. Many blessings and peace. Michele

  2. The French rule-breaking sign was my favorite – until I saw Roatan. It reminded me of a guy who owned a hardware store back home. On particularly good fishing days he’d post a sign saying “if you need anything, I’m at the pier.”

  3. The most interesting sign that I remember was in Calcutta. There on a fence it read ” For God’s sake, please don’t pee here.”
I thought that took the cake.
