Finally Changing Seasons

Oh the weather outside is frightful. But the fire is so delightful. And since we’ve no place to go. Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

Yesterday I was feeling rather forlorn and disenchanted with our lack of changing seasons.  As you can see here and here winter had yet to come. Well last night good old Mother Nature answered my prayers and it finally snowed! Here is a much better collection of photos of winter finally arriving in lovely Minnesota. And better yet we are supposed to get more tonight!

    • Thanks Eliz! Isn’t it pretty? It still is gorgeous with wet, thick snow trapped in the branches and coating everything. Magical but a bit colder and hard to drive in. 🙂

  4. It probably sounds bizarre since I’m currently living in Indonesia and it is 33 degrees right now but I’d give my right arm to be trudging through some snow; hearing the cracking snow underfoot, smelling the clean air…. I really do miss winter. Lovely photos, made a gal happy to look at them.

    • So glad you enjoyed them! 🙂 I think since I’ve grown up in the midwest and never lived anywhere warm, it would actually be hard for me to live in a hot climate! 🙂 I bet Indonesia is lovely!!!!
