Pure Geometry

When I saw this week’s photo challenge “Geometry”, my mind instantly went to one place: Guatemala. The reoccurring earthquakes that destroyed Antigua over and over again left this lovely city with some of the most fascinating mixture of geometrical shapes on earth. I could have spent hours just exploring the ancient ruins and snapping away at the perfectly formed yet mishappened lines of the old cathedrals.

There are four of my favorite photos a little reworked for this week’s challenge. Enjoy!

I love the view of the volcano through the window.
